Levocarnitine

- it is prescribed for the treatment of primary and secondary carnitine deficiency
in adults, children, infants and newborns:
- with cardiomyopathy, myocardiodystrophy, coronary artery disease (angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, postinfarction conditions), CHF, cardiac lipidosis, atherosclerosis,
rhythm and conduction disorders;
-for the prevention of cardiotoxicity in the treatment of anthracyclines; 
-anorexia nervosa syndrome (neurogenic anorexia) and physical exhaustion in mental illness; 
-dissipulatory, toxic and traumatic encephalopathy; 
--acute, chronic and transient disorders of cerebral circulation; -polyneuropathies, polyneuritis, neurasthenia.
